Want to write for us? We welcome guest posts from people with real experience helping young adults understand money.
GenZ Wealth Space publishes practical, honest personal finance content for Gen Z, Millennials and young Gen X in the US, UK, Canada and Nigeria. If you have real experience or expertise to share, we would love to hear from you.
What we are looking for
- Credit, loans and building credit from scratch
- Investing for beginners, retirement accounts and index funds
- First-time home buying, mortgages and renting
- Insurance explained in plain English
- Side hustles, freelancing and gig-economy taxes
- Starting and running a small business
- Crypto basics, safety and taxes (education, not hype)
- Student finance and life after graduation
- Profiles of founders under 30 (with their permission)
Our standards
- Original and unpublished. We do not accept articles published elsewhere, spun content, or unedited AI-generated text.
- Useful. Aim for 1,200 words or more, with specific steps, examples and numbers readers can act on.
- Accurate and sourced. Link to primary sources (government sites, regulators, official product pages) for any figures, rules or rates.
- Plain language. Write like you are explaining it to a smart friend. No jargon without an explanation.
- Country-aware. Say which country your advice applies to, because rules differ between the US, UK, Canada and Nigeria.
- Honest. Disclose any relationship with a company you mention.
What we do not accept
- Payday loans, predatory lending or debt schemes
- Gambling, casinos or betting
- Get-rich-quick schemes, MLMs or unregistered investment offers
- Paid links disguised as editorial content
Brands looking for sponsored content should visit our Advertise With Us page instead.
What you get
- An author bio with a link to your website or professional profile
- Exposure to a young, financially engaged audience
- Editing support to make your piece as strong as possible
How to pitch
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Guest post pitch” and include:
- Two or three headline ideas, each with a one-paragraph summary
- Why you are the right person to write it (experience, credentials or story)
- Links to two or three samples of your published writing
We read every pitch and aim to reply within a week. If we do not reply within two weeks, feel free to pitch the idea elsewhere.
We edit all guest posts for accuracy, clarity and style, and we may update them over time. Publication is at our discretion.
Tips before you write for us
The best pitches solve one specific problem for a young reader and back it up with evidence. Before you write for us, read Google’s guidance on creating helpful, people-first content, because that is the standard we edit to.
